Shower Room

Conservatory Roof Change

The existing conservatory had a glass roof which was removed and replaced with a highly insulated timber roof with light-weight tiles. This makes the conservatory a warmer place in winter and a cooler place in summer.

Kitchen Refurbishment

A gloss white, handle less kitchen with smooth uncluttered lines. Granite worktops with inset stainless steel sink, and boiling water tap. Flush mounted wall sockets with granite upstands and painted walls. Granite splashback to the induction hob, and concealed extractor ducting to the exterior.

Island Kitchen

Stone flooring in vaulted ceiling room with velux window additonal lighting. Elegant pre-painted door fronts, with quartz worktops, island worktop proving under storage and seating/table area.

Garage Conversion

Cluttered garage "dumping ground" turned into a utility room. Extended at the front and divided into 1/3 store room, 2/3 utility room. A new window provides more light plus a new back door and a door connecting with the house. Small unit and worktop installed. Walls, floor and new roof all fully insulated. Energy-efficient condensing boiler fitted.

External Decoration

Fully scaffolded house to provided good access for a thorough job to decorate masonry and woodwork, with repairs to woodwork, sash cords replaced and windows eased. Replacement guttering, and roof repairs to tiling.

Completed external decoration and repair works.

Building Structural Repair

Cottage had faulty first floor brickwork which was unstable - picture shows temporary wall supports. The brickwork was removed and replaced with a timber framework clad with weatherboarding to match an existing style.

Finished cottage with an impressive new look, and its structural integrity assured.

Kitchen Refurbishment

The old kitchen is stripped back ready for new installation.

The new kitchen is transformed, a key feature of which are the linear design of the new handleless cabinets from Howdens.

Warm Roof for Conservatory

The original polycarbonate flat roof was cold and very noisy in the rain.

The new solid roof transforms what was an uninviting conservatory into a pleasing workable office space.
